Wow, I swear I had seen on Instagram that they remixed the album in Atmos.

This is Amazon link Crack the Skye (15th Anniversary Deluxe Edition) [Blu-ray] https://a.co/d/1FuonUI

Which I had saved and was contemplating a long time only on the basis that they remixed the album in Atmos. It's just animations on the Blu-Ray.

Thanks for the heads up.

I sure did
I enjoyed the mix and graphics
Found a CD Blu Ray
We were talking about this release some weeks ago on this thread. I bought it based on @beerking's favourable review and my previous appreciation for the band, but I haven't had the time to listen to it yet!
I found a copy with shipping for $19. I'm really digging Absolute Elsewhere. Just got it today. Thanks to the QQ Forum, I gave it a shot. I am so dang glad I didn't over look this.

Tim Sidwell (who does all Marillion's concert videos) just posted the message below on Facebook.
In other words: the follow up to the BR of the 2023 Marillion Weekend (this one) is nearly done and is set for release in November/December 2024. As per all previous BR releases, this will almost certainly have a 5.1 mix by Michael Hunter. Don't hold your hopes up for Atmos.
As you can see, this is D2C, but the first BR of the 2023 weekend got a retail release later (but with less content IIRC).
The Remains of the Weekend, with a 5.1 mix, is now for sale at the band‘s website: https://marillion.com/shop/dvd/racket119BD.htm

Received today.
Listening now in Dolby Atmos

This is a heavy metal lovers surround mix that will make your blood purr with total enjoyment.

Don't remember a mix as good as this on, really heavy rock 🤔 before.

Wait who mixed it?

The one and only Bruce Soord
You got me all excited until I sampled the album on YouTube and the vocals kicked in...

Yes, I had to put my dislike of the metal growl to one side, to enjoy this release.
Luckily, it's not too overpowering for these delicate ears.
I totally agree. Not a fan of metal growl and it's not overpowering at all. It doesn't dominate the Atmos mix
