I love all the great new surround music we've been given in the last few years but
they're seriously sending me to the poor house, my SSI income is being stretched to it's limit.

Amen, I have absolutely no interest in vinyl, and little in 2ch if there's a surround mix to be had.

To me, vinyl is a bit like donuts. I can drive past donut shops all day, but if there’s a box in the office, I’ll take two. If I’m somewhere that sells vinyl, my wife knows to either steer me away or realize I’ll be a couple of hours.

It's a great album. The followup to I Robot.

And I've bought ALL the standalone AP BluRays up to this point (and have pre-ordered this), but THE ONE I WANT, is Irobot - that is my favourite AP album by far and It's VERY annoying it STILL shows no sign of being released in hi-res/multi any time soon....

I really hope they get to it (and Try Anything Once too!!!)

I've got to say, the consistency of AP releases with the box set and then, a few months later a stand alone BR is awesome. It's a shame that this isn't standard practice by more artists.

Hmmm....
I noticed the Amazon US link to the Pyramid stand-alone blu-ray has changed from the Dec 13, 2024 release date to "currently unavailable".
My pre-order status still shows as arriving on Dec 13.
I also checked some of the other Amazon links in this thread and they also show "currently unavailable" with no pre-order button.

I hope this is a good surround mix, and hope everyone enjoys it. But I find it 5th best APP album. A step down from all the earlier albums. Very nice sound production of course, and decent performances, but lacking the strong songs found on the others. I played it in stereo again not long ago.
