Still holding out hope for the Steven Wilson/Mickey Hart Grateful Dead mixes. I suppose they’re holding off til the Blues for Allah mix is out for the anniversary but those are solid mixes (it would be great if some shows got the treatment as well. I know multitracks exist for 8/27/72 (aka Sunshine Daydream) as that got a nice set with film, 5.1, etc… and they have a page somewhere on dead.net where you can futz with the stems…)

I wouldn’t say I’m losing hope, but it definitely feels like this is a secondary line of product compared to the Quadio and lots of other things Rhino is involved in.

Candy-O…hmmm…It’s All I Can Do and The Dangerous Type could sound pretty great in 5.1 and Atmos. Those first two albums have cool possibilities, and I’m sure Steven Wilson did a great job on the first one.

Rhino finally remastered Henley’s I Can’t Stand Still for CD. I’d be interested in a surround version of THAT, but I don’t know that it would sell much…or that Henley would even allow such a ”violation”. 😆

Dirty Laundry in glorious Dolby Atmos would be pretty cool!
