I spent this morning listening to my very expensive 😂 Quadio Doobie Brothers box set.

the experts here......is the new upcoming release of Toulouse Street the exact copy of what I have or is it a new remix?

AFAIK Its part of the Quadio series so the original Quad mix

Yes indeed.
I imagine a lot of quad mixes could be considered for future Atmos releases.
I hope Rhino gives us everything they have, quads, Atmos, etc......
But this guy is sticking with his 4 channels, have no time/money/effort to take advantage of the new tech. Plus all the 401K money I spent on my Sansui...I am sticking with Quad
BUT, I sure would love to spend a day in a multichannel soundroom....With outside cigar breaks ofcourse😄
Back in the 70s, there were many hi- end stereo shops in Tampa with them. You could sit down and listen for hours.....different times
Best I can find now is Best Buy😂🤣😂
I did find a McIntosh dealer in PA, but if they take one look a me, they wouldn't even let me in the door
