I don't even now if they've taken payment ? Does anyone know whom the transaction is paid to ?

A payment to "Better Than Ezra" showed up in my bank statement for £18.83, dated 7th of May.

I've just checked on my last bank statement.....taken payment on 7th of May......£17.58 + £1.50 for overseas transaction. These overseas transactions are totting up, at £1.50 a time !!

Yes , it was on their website.
Payment VISA, MC and something else (no PPal), I think it is paid to BTE's "Dry goods", and I got a confirmation email, you also have to check a thing that says something like: while on tour, your order may be delayed.

I think I already got charged.
I ordered through their website cause I though I read that Music Valet didn't ship internationally.
Hey , it looked legit enough, although it did accept the payment IMMEDIATELY, which I thought was weird...

I had confirmation e mail Kap'n. like you've posted. Was aware of the mentioned delays, but I still don't think it's very good service ! ( They've not replied to e mail sent over 24 hrs ago. )

As strange as the lack of info is, in a way it is charming that apparently the band is doing their own handling of their orders and shipping is delayed while they are on tour. (Which they are not now, according to their website).

It will show up one day, in the meantime I enjoy the Nosound and Stickmen dvd-a

Update : I've just checked my e mail & had a reply from BTE store. They ran out of cd's, just received a new shipment, and they will dispatch this week.

I must admit LK, that I was a little cynical about the e mail I received. Does the BTE store know what they're doing ?? Perhaps they've sold so many, that they can't cope ! ?

"HA!" indeed! I'm thrilled such inefficiency is as a result of the BTE DVD-A being such a roaring success!
I'm happy to wait for mine for such a FANTASTIC reason! I'm not taking the piss! It's great news that its sold out and that's why I've had to wait! The best news in fact!

Even if Universal's blu-rays aren't the "saviour of surround" some of us hoped they might be, between this wonderful Music Valet intiative - and the various labels Steven Wilson has mixed all those albums into 5.1 for (KScope, EMI, Sony, Universal.. it's pretty much everyone now, except Warner/Rhino he's mixed surround for to this point.. ) the future of 5.1 DVD-A is looking pretty damn rosy!

The middle of nowhere ?? How very dare you, LK ! ( but I do wonder sometimes, if the U.K. has slid off the map ! ? )
Our country, isn't as beautiful as yours, though ! ( and the postal service leaves a lot to be desired too ! )

For example : 48hrs for a parcel to arrive from Japan....but a further 20 days, to get to my door !!
