Did those use the Albini mixes or the Litt mixes?

I really don't know... And I can't refer to the actual disc as it's currently packed away in one of many boxes!
Those used the Litt mixes, at the time you could get the Albini mixes of Heart Shaped Box and All Apologies via the "Back to Black" UK release but the sonics weren't on par with the Pallas/Grundman/AAA pressing.

Do the vinyl and Blu-ray audio disc releases use the same mixes?
There is no single "vinyl mix" so without clarifying which vinyl it can't be answered; the HFPA Blu-ray release uses the mix that was the original album's release from 1994, mixed by Steve Albini with "additional mixing" by Scott Litt on Heart Shaped Box and All Apologies.
That must mean the 2013 mix was done in the analogue domain unless the multitracks were captured in hi res then mixed to analogue.
I believe the blu ray uses the 2013 mix that some releases of the 20th vinyl also use
I could have sworn it was the 2013 mix they used for the blu ray.
It would have used the black 2013 cover, the liner notes are the same as the original CD with the "additional mixing" Litt credits:
