9 from Baggy. No lack of bass, playing the Advanced Resolution layer on my system.
It's just not Brain Salad Surgery. Nonetheless, find this. Play this. Enjoy this.
Did. Did. Didn't.

No? How come? OK, I haven't played it in a while....but I recall enjoying it a bit.
Thanks rt !
That'll be one of my next purchases, then... :ebay
I know the original mix of the title track very well and this one doesn't at all evoke its vibe.
I'd agree that SW didn't hit the target on this one. Or Trilogy. But it gets better after 4 or 5 drinks.
Can't blame SW for Trilogy. That was JJ's work.
To my knowledge, there is no Blu-ray release of this - just a combo with CD and DVD-Audio.I've been looking for over an hour to find this on Amazon or anywhere else I can find it. Does anyone know where I can find the Blu-ray Audio release of this?
Ooops, just read the first post in this thread and it says:To my knowledge, there is no Blu-ray release of this - just a combo with CD and DVD-Audio.
Sure, it’s on Discogs in the $700 range.I've been looking for over an hour to find this on Amazon or anywhere else I can find it. Does anyone know where I can find the Blu-ray Audio release of this?
yeah.. with "Trilogy" with a big authoring menu blunder!!!!...
It's remarkable in that it has the four essential ELP surround albums on a single blu ray disc.
No. Only on a DVD-Audio with a different mix. Many prefer the DVDA mix.Was the Brain Salad Surgery ever released in CD/DVD combo like the other three? Thanks
2001 DVD-A mix, FTW. One of my desert island discs...No. Only on a DVD-Audio with a different mix. Many prefer the DVDA mix.
