I couldn't resist buying this collection, KAP. Especially with today's Deep Discount 15% off coupon. About $14 per UHD4K movie, delivered. Can't wait to see Vertigo. The reviewer says the older Blu Ray looks 'Washed out' in comparison!

Not to mention Bernard Hermann's thrilling score in remastered DTS:X!

Join the club but these UHD4K remasters supercede all previous Blu ray editions and they're priced well. I have Hitchcock on VHS, BETA, Laserdisc, DVD, Blu Ray and now 4K. Just like music releases ..... on every conceivable format and then surround!

I do like the old Ealing Comedies and this one was actually released before I was born! I have a lot of them on DVD, I find I can watch old comedies more often than anything new The old St. Trinian's films are great

And yes, highdefdigest did post a disclaimer regarding the downmixed original MONO soundtrack and here's instructions on how to obtain a replacement disc:

UPDATE 9/16/2020: Universal has announced an issue with the mono track (the studio erroneously included a downmixed version of the DTS:X track instead of the original mono track) and plans to issue replacement discs to rectify the problem. (There are no issues with the DTS:X track.) Both the 4K UHD and Blu-ray discs will be replaced. To get your replacement discs, please contact Universal at Contact Us or directly email the studio at [email protected]. We will update this review once we receive and examine the replacement discs.
