I had to think about this for a while, but...if I could only pick one...Kansas Leftoverture mixed by Steven Wilson.
Leftoverture by Kansas hell yea!!! Another classic is Asia since the original mix in stereo was so MONO sounding. How about Yes 90125 which is one of the most dynamic stereo mixes ever. Someone has to take the time to use the original master tapes and give us the Led Zeppelin catalogue, but if for only one Physical Graffiti. They only happened to release in the 8-Track Quad era!!!
I will end with Steely Dan from that era too and if one Katy Lied. Wow, talk about audiophiles going totally nuts!!

Rod Stewart -Atlantic Crossing, Arlo - Cowboys, Jefferson Airplane -Volunteers, Worst, Bark, any Steely Dan, Carly -Best of, Any James Taylor, Creedence -GOLD, Cat Stevens - HITS, Any Joe Walsh, Dam those 2 Eagles, Dylan - Desire. any of the Quad discrete tapes used for QS or SQ albums.

Yeah, some Zep would be amazing. The only DVD-A I have is the live, How The West Was Won.

Those albums are amazing on DVD-Audio! You even get an immersive Lamb Lies, with visual + audio as the album plays. Then you also have the complete Live! expanded and all the other Genesis live albums in great 5.1!!
Not everyone, not even close likes the 5.1 mixes of the Genesis catalog. Some even dislike them and consider them all a blown opportunity.
