Please post your thoughts and comments on this 2022 release from Gazpacho entitled "Fireworking At St. Croix".
Filmed at the St. Croix venue in Fredrikstad, Norway during the COVID-19 lockdown, the audio was mixed in 5.1 surround by Thor Legvold.

Recently I watched this video again.

I like the Nordic melancholy, great songs, very melodic.
The sound is dynamic and especially the bass drum has much low end. The subwoofer has been fed well !
The mix is quite discrete and the surrounds are well used. I was positively surprised. Never heard of Thor Legvold at Sonovo who is credited for the 5.1 mix
Packaging, price (stand alone BD-V) and booklet are OK too.

This is a strong 9 and recommended. In the moment offered at Burning Shed for good price (£15.99).
