If Rhino were really sorry for this kind of thing, how about refunding 10% of my order price instead of a coupon to buy more.

Theyve run out of surplus QVC bags to ship your order in AndrewFirst off, I want to make it clear that I do not know if this is a Gnarlywood issue or a Rhino issue.
I already did send a message to the CS department, explained the name error. I was assigned a ticket.
I've made maybe a half dozen Rhino store purchases. This is the first time I've gotten bit this bad. Other times it's just normal crap like shipping an order of multiple disks individually, and getting late ship notices, when delivery already happened days before

Ironic that I got free shipping for exceeding the $100 limit while using a coupon code as well. Also ironic that there is a song titled Ironic, in the shipment.
Maybe the mixed box shapes got the best of them. Or maybe with free shipping, you get what you pay for.
Ain't I seen that some times before thanks to @JohnN

Probably out of stock on one of more of the items. But since they have in the past sent items from one order out separately, it is a mystery. But it might be a day or two delay only. I'd be glad for the update (we do not always even get that), and expect only a slight delay.First off, I want to make it clear that I do not know if this is a Gnarlywood issue or a Rhino issue.
It's the email with someone else's name on the order that's bugging me.Probably out of stock on one of more of the items. Well, that's a separate issue from the one being discussed in this thread, but a major issue nonetheless. I will say that I have never been unable to complete a Rhino transaction on my iPhone through Safari. If you have a smartphone of any kind, maybe try that.I've been trying to buy the Joni Mitchell Quadio set ever since it was released from these clowns, but regardless of which browser, dumping cookies, etc the Buy button doesn't work - on a 1 year old Windows 11 Dell computer. Finally they had a representative call me, and I thought that he could solve the issue, maybe even take my cc details and place the order. But no, only 20 minutes of offering discounts if I could somehow get their crappy system to work. He admitted it was an issue, but unlike Cherry Red, who have resolved their issues, no such progress at Rhino..

First class, not reallyIt is a mystery of the universe how Rhino a purveyor of quality first class product relegates all shipping to gnarlywood.
Does Mr Rhinos only sister have an only son who was quite slow in school and had to be given something to do after he finished his six years of high school?
Super Jewel Boxes and carefully replicated vinyl sleeves with inner liners are "cheap?" Compared to Dutton's standard bargain basement jewel boxes, Rhino's Quadio packaging is downright luxurious.Cheapest packaging of all the surround reissue companies
Yes they are cheap, sorry and comparing a subsidiary of Warner to one man Dutton is a cheap shot sorry. And you really find an sacd case that much more premium than a regular case, wooow living it up.Super Jewel Boxes and carefully replicated vinyl sleeves with inner liners are "cheap?" No need to be hostile. I don't think you'll find many here who share your opinion on the packaging. I know this could start another discussion, but I’ll give my two cents. My best option for purchasing Quadio discs here in the US has been Amazon. I’m a Prime member, so there is no shipping charge and the packaging is consistently solid. Never an issue with broken cases, availability or competitive pricing.Probably out of stock on one of more of the items. In all fairness to Dutton Vocalion: to keep their prices LOW [and they certainly are], their decision to enclose them in standard CD jewel cases is a wise decision. Keep in mind, that SONY the inventor of the SACD format initially enclosed them in standard CD cases often with elaborate plastic overlays which they discontinued once the initial inventory sold out. In Japan, SACDs, even the SHM~SACD types are either being released in standard CD cases or cardboard.Super Jewel Boxes and carefully replicated vinyl sleeves with inner liners are "cheap?" Warner / Rhino are the bigger company and they are handing out free shipping and accepting discount codes like it's the end of the world. And the immaculately reproduced graphics in a slick glossy booklet in a super jewel case is about about as good as it can get for a $20 Blu-Ray.Yes they are cheap, sorry and comparing a subsidiary of Warner to one man Dutton is a cheap shot sorry. Target also offerings Quadio at nice discounted pricing, and overall less expensive than Amazon. But they both do not get the brand new releases to offer for sale until months after Rhino has released the titles. So one must wait if purchasing Quadio titles from anywhere other than Rhino. And I don't like waiting any longer for them, 50 years to hear them is long enough I think. But if one is picking up some titles that they skipped the first time around then both online retail options are good and fine.I know this could start another discussion, but I’ll give my two cents. Super Jewels are a nice touch and they feel nice in my hands, and look beautiful too. They separate Rhino's Quadio series from other disc series. The look is prestigious and classy, and the price is rather low as well. I hope they do not change a thing. In all fairness to Dutton Vocalion: to keep their prices LOW [and they certainly are], their decision to enclose them in standard CD jewel cases is a wise decision. And SACD cases while a nice touch are expensive to replace and are, IMO, not as durable and as easily replaced as the standard CD case types!
Technically, those Rhino QUAD bundles ARE, in fact, PURE AUDIO BD~As [with no video other than menus]. Ironic that they released those 4 newly remixed ATMOS discs in Pure Audio Blu ray cases!Super Jewels are a nice touch and they feel nice in my hands, and look beautiful too.
