Ian Thomas - Still Here

One of the few Ian Thomas albums to get a US release (on Atlantic).
Great album, his best IMO.
This CD on the Wounded Bird label so bare bones. Sound is fine though my Canadian GRT vinyl will remain my go to

Thought I owned every U2 album then recently realized this one had got by me.
Knew a couple of the songs, and though nothing stands out as a classic the album as a whole is very good, the best from that late 90’s/early ‘00’s time frame

I saw an advertisement today at HDTracks for all of Pink Floyd released in 24/96, I will have to get at least The Wall. When Japan released them all in 2017 as paper sleeve mini LP, they where not even SHM CD. These DR #'s are slightly higher than the Japanese 2017 RBCD's.

Well this was very nice and will need several more listenings to...
Crosby's sound has changed over the years and I think it's now become his sound....if that makes any sense. Interesting lyrics. I noticed a Green Book Steely Dan vocal sound on Rodriguez For A Night. When I looked through the credits after listening to the disc I see that it was co-written by Donald Fagen, Crosby, and Raymond! Crosby's still working with his son James Raymond on piano and they have written all of the songs except the title track (Joni Mitchell) which I've heard Crosby perform now for several years... Yep, I'm going to have to listen to this one some more...

bought this when it first came out. good album. picked up the Japanese SHM version a couple of years ago ------all of a sudden it was a Great album !!

I went for the GOLD, Ricky ....... and it's true that ALL THAT GLITTERS is GOLD! And why this album hasn't been remixed in SURROUND like all the other Genesis albums remains a MYSTERY to ME!
