Had to have this for "The Valiant Years" theme. Had that on a 45 when I was kid. Watched the TV show with my father.

Don't laugh, but I just received this High Definition Tape Transfer 192/24 DVD~A stereo disc from the earliest days of Stereo and it really sounds magnificent and the performances are lovely. Too bad HDTT stopped releasing in the DVD~A format!

I couldn't have said it better! I'll add that the CDDA version has that sound to it. Great mastering, and full stereo greatness of the "The Valiant Years" theme which I had thought I would never hear this way.

The Robert Hohner Percussion Ensemble World Music Tour [Digital Music Products] How could I allow this MAGNIFICENT Circle Surround encoded disc to lurk in the piles for so long..unplayed? Decoded in PLXII, the soundstage is wide and deep and offers ample surround reinforcement and the musicianship is astounding. They even do a version of Tito Puente's OYE COMO VA which gives Santana's version a run for its money. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. A HOME RUN!
