Nick Cave & the Bad Seeds.
The Lyre of Orpheus.
2004.
I prefer the Abattoir Blues half of this double album, but The Lyre... has a nice slow mood of it's own
I love it. Got it from a friend almost new with a nice discount. Goes well with the q acoustics speakers, and the compact size is very convenient! How do you like your Rega phono amp?

Interesting how we have different views on this. I bought the CD bootleg in 1989 and it's been my favourite version of the album since. I enjoy Naked quite a lot as well. The Beatles. Get Back. Glyn Johns mix.
I can see why The Fabs rejected it, Glyn picked some pretty ropey sounding takes for the album.
Let It Be...Naked is my go to version of the album.View attachment 90719
Shine On Brightly and A Salty Dog are my two favorite Procol Harum albums. Matthew kills it on organ on Shine On. Life is like a beanstalk, isn’t it?Cords - Synergy (Larry Fast) Japan CD flat top/bottom case

Bummer! I'm sure it still sounds nice, but I love SHM-CDs.
