I was really fortunate to find a copy of this gorgeous sounding SHM-CD from 2003. I have to confess that the music is so lovely and soothing that I play it often. These four gentlemen had such silky smooth harmonies.

The Sugarcubes - Stick Around For Joy

What a delightful album (can’t recall ever using the word delightful before!)
There is such an almost childlike joy to this music and I love Bjork.

Some really great Jazz-Rock Live from Isotope, just got it via Discogs never knew this CD existed! I stumbled across it by chance.

Interesting. That’s a new band for me. Couldn’t find the live album on streaming, but some of their studio albums are there which I’ve added to my list to give a listen to. Just sampling some of music, it has a Mahavishnu Orchestra vibe to me, but perhaps with a bit more funk.

Isotope was formed by Gary Boyle (I bought the first album on cassette in 1974! the albums are Isotope, Illusion, Deep End...Plus, Live at the BBC which I don't have, and the Radio Bremen one I just got), the list of bands/people he has played with is quite amazing (from Brain Auger through to Stomu Yamashta), his solo albums "Electric Glide" (the best of the 2 IMHO) and "The Dancer" are excellent as well.

I looked up both solo albums on Apple Music. Both listed as in the Country genre.

Listening to the music just briefly, Apple has an amazingly broad interpretation of “Country.”
