Looks like the original Hightone release:View attachment 47640
Came across this one as I continue to catalogue my CD collection in Discogs. Couldn’t locate the DRs for it, but it sounds amazing. Very crankable with plenty of punch and a fantastic warm, phat, and round bottom. Young Bob was actually young then and his voice and licks are in their prime. Wow!!!
It is the original Hightone release and those are ridiculously good DR numbers. Thanks for posting them, Beef!Looks like the original Hightone release:

I purchased that one on Blue Thumb after hearing Ben on Steve Miller #5.Listening to Ben Sidran, while having Sunday lunch with my good wife.

Only got into Ben in 1973 by chance. I Was rooting through a record bargain bin and found this one going for a giveaway...not looked back since. A very talented and clever artist.

A light number before I hit the sack
Dark Side of the Moog
https://www.discogs.com/Pete-Namlook-Klaus-Schulze-The-Dark-Side-Of-The-Moog/release/1073955Giving it an uplift by playing it through JRiver and using the 7.1 playback option.
Its the stereo version up-mixed in 7.1.I'm trying to understand. You're playing the 5.1 mix in 7.1 or upmixing the Stereo to 7.1?
Every one of Pete Namlooks' 5.1 mixes is great.
I went through those same purchasing upgrades of album, double CD and now the deluxe box set. McCartney put out a lot of fun extras with his albums back then. I know I had a poster from this album on my wall. I remember looking at the album sleeves, trying to figure out what in the world these slivers of light were.... and finally realizing it was the door of the airplane opening wider on each side of the sleeve... I never understood the color squares... just art I guess! I believe I still have all but one of my old album posters, rolled up in a large cardboard tube.... My John Lennon Imagine poster went off with a friend who was going to get it matted and framed for me.... but it never came back home. You make me feel old. When Wings Over America came out, I had just moved into my first house.
First, I got the LP's, then the 2 CD. I also bought the deeluxe box.
