Spoons - Arias & Symphonies

Second and probably most successful album from this Ontario band. Their biggest hit Nova Heart is here. Classic early 80’s NewWave.
Sound is just OK, though much better than recent compilations; unfortunately this band has not been well served by various remastering efforts of their music.

Imogen Heap -
The Music of Harry Potter and the Cursed Child

Very rarely buy music from shows/scores. But I like Imogen Heap so gave it a whirl.
And it’s great, made up (mostly) of snippets in the 2 minute range. Atmospheric here, upbeat there. Nice sound too

Donna Summer - Lady of the Night

Her very first album, released in Holland in ‘74.
Despite the involvement of Bellotte & Moroder there’s barely a hint of the disco that was to follow, it’s easy going pop. Her voice is great, strong and pure. Sound quality is pretty good, better than I expected.

Klaus Schulze X
CD one of an expanded 2 cd reissue
Wish all the liner notes had been translated into English. I can pick out some German words but not enuf.

No. Just Perp. An abbreviation of my former self, Perpendicular. But, don’t call me late for dinner. Or, I might steal something.😜
So you took a different angle. Does this mean that you now do the Perp walk?

Is @4-earredwonder (the artist previously known as Ralphie) going to be the next QQer to abbreviate his forum name?
