Ah, good catch! Thanks for the tip.Gene, your screenshot URL shows Great Britain. Change it to US. Mine added easily. Can't wait to hear it.
Seems like more of a 7.1 mix than full Atmos, but it's a very welcome development nonetheless. The tracks from "Flesh and Blood" sound especially good in surround.Ooh wonder how this sounds?!? Currently away from my system but hopefully it's a good mix?
That's my view as well...was waiting for confirmation. But I'll take itSeems like more of a 7.1 mix than full Atmos, but it's a very welcome development nonetheless. The tracks from "Flesh and Blood" sound especially good in surround.
Uhmm, anybody with a working link for Europe (Spain)? Tidal is fine, but none of the us or gb apple links work for me.Roxy Music - The Best Of Roxy Music

Guessing this would be your link:Uhmm, anybody with a working link for Europe (Spain)? Tidal is fine, but none of the us or gb apple links work for me.
Thanks!
Totally agree! Last night, I played two tracks from the Atmos version before giving up and switching over to the Elliot Scheiner 5.1 mix... much better! I wish he had worked on more Sting/Police albums back then. The old Elliot Scheiner 5.1 mix runs circles around it.
Strange, the link opens fine just like the others, I can see the songs listed but then it simply doesn't play. I think I'll have to wait (listening in the meantime to the Tidal version)Guessing this would be your link:

One of my favorite soundtracks and unfortunately a very tame Atmos mix in the 6 tracks I listened to (first three and last three). Very little, if anything, in the heights and a just a tiny bit of separation in the surrounds.
I won't be adding that one to my Library. *I also seem to remember the DVD being a real PITA to rip on that one.The old Elliot Scheiner 5.1 mix runs circles around it.
I thought the same thing of the Missing Persons, still need to check out the Roxy though.I'm happy with the two Missing Persons tracks and the Best of Roxy Music. Very nice!
I hope they release the entire album in Atmos!I thought the same thing of the Missing Persons
Yes, but overall I'm disappointed at the first listen. I am a huge Roxy Music fan and was hoping for:Seems like more of a 7.1 mix than full Atmos, but it's a very welcome development nonetheless. The tracks from "Flesh and Blood" sound especially good in surround.
Yep, "Re-Make" and "Virginia Plain" sounded much better in Steven Wilson's 5.1 mix of the debut album. I'm still hoping they get Wilson to do more of the earlier albums, and Clearmountain for the last two.2) fidelity (some tracks sound downright thin)
Been hoping also since these tracks were first mentioned on page 49, ten months & five thousand posts ago.I hope they release the entire album in Atmos!
