Yeah, I've never given her much time before, but this album is really infectious and very entertaining. Mix sounds okay too, on my 5.1 system anyway.
Does it make sense?
Anybody else find the kick-drum super boomy, or is it just my rig?
I'm liking the album even more after spending some time with it.

It is a 5.1 mix after all, no heights, no surround backs, but a good song.
Not hearing too much booming... I don't have the most high-powered sub in the world though, if that's where you're hearing the kick from.
I very much enjoyed listening to Alfredo Rodriguez's Cuban Jazz with morning coffee.
The final track Fur Elise will be familiar to anyone who took piano lessons as a child.
His version is a Buena Vista Social Club interpretation that swings Beethoven like crazy.
