Sounds like I should be hanging out in your garage! If you like Aaron Neville's voice, you will love this disc. Scheiner shines! Sometimes Aaron plays it safe and sometimes he Nevillizes the songs, but that voice of angelic vulnerability is there throughout. Quite a few standout tracks. I should prolly write a review--the poll thread doesn't even have 10 votes yet! Listen on youtube, and if you dig the voice and his take on the songbook, grab it and get surrounded!

@J. PUPSTER asked about this and I like it a lot - Rossini overtures performed by the ideal forces with the right amount of pomp - and the DSD recorded sound is excellent. Active use of the surrounds as well at times! Check out the La Gazza Ladra overture with the snare drums in the rears. For folks who aren't big classical fans, many of these were used for Warner Brothers cartoons and many other uses.
