Indeed Beefy......His later music is not really fit for a festival audience.

Like when we saw David Gray a few years back....Wife and me left that show early, as although we like his music, again it didn't fit the upbeat nature of the festival.

They are the only two performances I have left early ...sometimes you just know it's not working and have to bite the bullet and beat the retreat.
Yes but I’d have stayed to see if the show wraps up with a string of classics of not. I’d hate to find out it was a rarely played track from Low, Ashes, and R&R Suicide as the closers. Or DJ, Only Dancing + Boys Keep Swinging after I left, damn!!!

My wife wanted some tamer music than Depeche Mode, so I put this on, ugh, not for me, but the 4.0 is good but the music

Whoa! As for surround sound performances of Rodrigo's Concierto de Aranjuez, his might be the one!

View attachment 46824

and the two other pieces are at least as good!

Terrific, In deed. And IMO, Pentatone's foresight to release those never before heard in ANY medium Quadraphonic Philips and DGG QUAD master tapes was a stroke of genius.
