Which ones would you say have the most discrete mixes?
Ok, I’ve gathered up all of my Kunzel/Cincinnati Pops SACDs and sampled A few tracks from each disk. I made three groups, great, pretty good, and disappointing....
The Great:

The Pretty good:

and lastly The Disappointing:

This last group had very little mixed to the rear channels. I noticed louder drum hits and orchestra volume swells, but mainly a wider stereo image.

Just my opinion...for what’s it worth.
