This one, isn't discreet. But, having seen Frampton in 1976, this really captures the vibe, and excitement of seeing him live when he was absolutely on fire in the US. I think it's spectacular! If you can find it.....get it.

I had tickets to see him in Cardiff on his farewell tour, but the gig was cancelled and will probably never be rescheduled due to his illness

It just pissed me off with how much audience and reverb is there (maybe realistic, but who's going for that -LOL)

Yes, I think he is. I saw him 2 years ago in a quaint theater and he was wonderful. He had his son performing with him on a few songs.oh how awful, he always seemed like one of the good guys..
