I'm usually NOT an opera buff but historically [at least in Telarc time] this was one of the VERY LAST Multichannel SACD releases from the 'Old' Telarc. Beautifully recorded [as per Telarc standards] this two disc Multi~CH SACD comes in a double casing with libretto

If you say so, Pupster , but consequently, since this was a spanking brand new album [and a VERY good one, at that], it should've been conceived as a bona fide discrete Multi~CH recording from the beginning....and NOT UPMIXED .... as an afterthought!

Wow, watching some of the Hendrix in Maui....it's absolutely mesmorizing. I mean, I've never seen any of this footage. And, I love it. He was an absolute showman. Solid audio, etc. Loving it.
