Oh boy, I feel much more relaxed, Marpow Momma is home, wishing her well, cant visit her until after Dec 23rd, County rules.
I got a Santa suit today, for Granddaughter coming over tomorrow, going to be hot chocalate fun.
I haven't drank in about 3 weeks, no reason, and tonight decided I need a break, Budweiser and Jack Daniels, my favorite.
Back to surround, doing an experiment, have three Miles Davis- Kind Of Blue, Columbia SACD 5.1, a shared PCM 5.0 file, and the MOFI Hybrid SACD.
It is a hard decsion but I think I like the MOFI stereo better. 2nd choice would be the Columbia 5.1. The 5.0 is the most silent in the beginning of track 1, volume needs to be boosted.
The 5.1 has the nice rich bass that the 5.0 lacks a bit.
Definately when you have three versions of the same, I strongly believe it comes down to your mood at the moment.
So for now I am having a glass of whiskey and pretending to smoke a cigar, (hate cigar smoke) and groovin' to the most iconic jazz albums of all time with my preference the MOFI Stereo version, good choice, my Markie. The stereo sound stage is wider than my room, nothing fake here.

This Penteo upmix from a vinyl rip, blows my mind, desert island album by TYA, 4.0 amazim. Stonedhenge, my most favorite TYA and a good freind helped me out.
The first picture is what TYA likes now, but when I was a kid the second picture album is what I had.
