I've never taken the time to even comprehend what Bjork's music means. All I know is, when I try to listen, within 5 minutes, I'm shutting it down. I know, I know. Whatever...hahaha
Same here. My Vespertine DVDA has never been played all the way through and I bought it in 2003 or so!

Did you notice how on “Into My Arms”, one of my absolute favorites from him, they weirdly used an alternate vocal for the choruses of the surround mix? He sings a soft “t” on the word “into” instead of the annunciated, more rhythmic performance on the well known stereo version. I can’t imagine why they did that. It drives me nuts, it’s amazing how much it bothers me and changes the whole feel of the song!

I double-checked, and you're right. Now I'll never be able to un-hear that :ROFLMAO:

I wonder why they did that. Could they not find the master they used for the original stereo?

. . . But, anyone who ever had a heart
Oh, they wouldn't turn around and break it
And anyone who ever played a part

They wouldn't turn around and hate it . . .

A 4ears reccomendation.
For a modern recording it sounds kind of muffled and being front centric I wonder how much better than the CD it really is. May just be the style of the music.

Finally, an album for Metalheads in Superb Discrete Sonics from MONSTERWORKS "The Existential Codex" [BD~A~R 96/24/RBCD included/16 page Booklet] Comes in a Super Audio Case. BD~A~R is SOLD OUT but downloads are available:

Metalheads who like the cookie monster vocals that is. I had to turn it off at about 10 seconds into the first song.

Too bad there isn't an instrumental only version, or is there?
