My surround system has largely been offline for the last 10 months for one reason or another but I've been enjoying some multichanel music tonight for sure. I just finished listening to Reckless by Bryan Adams and now I'm onto Chamberland by David Miles Huber. I've probably got time to play something else before it gets too late to play at a good volume.

Chamberland was released on DTS-CD in 2014 or 2015 and is probably out of print so it might be difficult to track down a copy. But the good news is, is that DMH has created a Berlin mix which you can buy as a 5.1 download. The link isn't working just now as the immersiveaudio website is updating or whatever, but here's the link anyway:

I haven't heard the Berlin mix myself but if it's anything like his Berlin mix of Parallax Eden, it'll be a full-on surround sound experience and almost certainly worth the price of admission.

Thanks so much!!!

Suzanne Ciani live improv from the Proms, 2018. It was broadcast in DD 5.1 and I have kept the recording on my digital TV recorder. (Unfortunately I cannot transfer to archive elsewhere.) BBC Radio 3 - BBC Proms, 2018, Suzanne Ciani: Improvisation on Four Sequences from 1975 (Prom 13) [Edit: it was broadcast on TV in DD, but there is no link to that so I have shown the radio version.]

When looking for this link, I found something I missed and is no longer available - Ciani did a BBC session around the same time that was broadcast in binaural. BBC Radio 3 - Late Junction, Suzanne Ciani and the London Contemporary Orchestra, Suzanne Ciani and the London Contemporary Orchestra binaural mix

I've just finished listening to Songs From The Big Chair by Tears For Fears. It's the first time I've played the multuchannel version in ages (I've got the SHM-SACD, the Steven Wilson vinyl and of course, the hi-res option from the blu ray) and it's the first time I've played the surround mix since I bought a pair of Tannoy Legacy Eatons at the start of the year and holy shit, what an experience!

So many great tracks and thankfully, the surround mix was quite complimentary throughout and, dare I say, absolutely perfect on Listen. I played it loud, obviously, and as Listen really got into its groove I almost felt as though I was about to vibrate off into another plane of existence... my neightbours must have been thinking the same, no doubt, as I really did play it at the most sublime and transcedental of volumes!

Hey y'all. It's Kenny from A Beautiful Curse.

I just got an email from someone in the Netherlands who purchased our "This Is Revolution" disc package and he said he still hasn't received his. I checked and his was sent June 30th.

I haven't heard much from anyone so I just wanted to make sure that those who did order it did in fact receive theirs (or not). If I gotta handle the post office 'round here I'd rather do it with a bulk number of issues rather than one or two here and there.

Anyway, ya'll please let me know one way or the other at your earliest and if you did receive it/them, I hope you're diggin' it.

Incidentally, more new ABC coming before the end of the year.

The surround sound experience continues to demonstrate Jackson’s incredible creative force as an audio engineer. Instruments and vocals are extremely smooth and well balanced throughout the album, delivering an all-encompassing multi-channel aural journey"
Ok I'll bite, just ordered a new copy off ebay for 12.50 shipped.
Hope its as good as you say or you'll get the bill. :p
