Listening to Now (In Surround) - Volume 2

I wonder what was remixed? The 5.1 mix was created in 2005 by Scheiner & Wilson, and the stereo was remastered in 2018 (thought kept exclusive to vinyl until now).

On a second reading, I believe the 2021 remix refers to the Rockpalast (WDR television broadcast) Filmed in 2005. Which I am going to watch right now only in stereo.
To be honest there is lots of mastering and remixing notes, all over. I just have to slow down and read more thoroughly.

Regarding the new 2003 Deadwing Box, can't seem to find a dedicated thread.

Documentary-Stereo-Sort of interesting.
Rockaplast Video-stereo-sort of interesting. Stereo remix SW 2021.
5.1 including 4 bonus tracks, 13 total, Scheiner/Wilson mix.
CD 1: Deadwing 9 tracks.
CD 2: B-Sides, you get all the B-Sides in 5.1 as the 4 bonus tracks, the one B-Side track "So Called Friend" only on CD 2.
CD 3: Deadwing Demos, whatever.

I have the 2005 9 track 5.1, any benefit to own this 2023 box set, maybe a little, but not really.

I initially sold my original copy......I have since regretted that and re-purchased a copy from a member on this forum. I want to see all of the series, in a row on my shelf.

Charles Gerhardt conducting the National Philharmonic Orchestra STAR WARS/CLOSE ENCOUNTERS OF THE THIRD KIND [RCA Red Seal/Vocalion/QUAD SACD] IMO, the entire Vocalion Charles Gerhardt QUAD SACD series remains unparalleled and Michael Dutton who had access to the Star Wars/Close Encounters multitracks remixed them and successfully remained true to all the previous RCA Red Seal actual QUAD remixes. HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION for content and for a job well done!
