Whoa!! Am I reading those prices at HMV correctly!!? I know the yen has been weak to the dollar, but man…how did they come up with those numbers?

Fortunately, I ordered directly from Rhino on the day they were released and got a much better deal.

Thanks, Clint! It’s good to hear from you. I‘m glad to see you are back on QQ. Yeah, I am still posting on QQ from the land of the rising sun. We hit a 100 degrees F on Wednesday. Nice and humid, too. Feels like Florida. I got my swimsuit and beach sandals on. All that I need is a Piña Colada. LOL!!

It's been approaching 100 in some parts of Florida. Humidity terrible where I live in N Fl.

Picked this up from eBay yesterday. I found myself switching from DTS-HD to LPC 5.1 surround. Ultimately listened to it in DTS-HD. It is more atmospheric than other QUADS I've listened to. Brought me back to the 80's. =)

Opeth - Watershed - DVD - Pity that the Cookie Monster hadn't retired and the mix isn't great but otherwise I really like this album.

A superb album and although he's not a friend of mine, I can actually live with the Cookie Monster when he's balanced with Mikael's clean vocals (same with Ghost Reveries).

Totally agree. Akerfeld’s so called ‘Cookie Monster’ vocals are/were a great fit with Opeth’s music and added a lot of atmosphere. They could be downright scary at times!
