Right you are Clint - I need it and it is expensive! :)

Pretty good sounding the Sound Stage disc - good dynamics and clear instruments.

I have the same Soundstage disc and it's pretty good...what's nice about the blu ray audio is it has 62 songs on it...great for parties..you can put that thing on for hours of good music without ever lifting a finger...

Parties!

That's great, usually you wake up next morning with all your vinyls, out of their cover, on the floor soaked in beer and other refreshments - full of scratches.

In the good old days :)

Currently spinning "Nonsuch". Even though I prefer "Oranges & Lemons" now, "The Disappointed" is still a reference song and 5.1 surround mix for me! :)

New in the mail today, beautiful piano based inspiring music:

A quick preview of the new "Aqualung" (40th Anniversary Adapted Edition) before work.
So far I'm not really hearing that drastic of a difference between this edition and the 2011 edition. Only main thing I'm noticing is that this version sounds slightly 'duller' than the other one, without Peter Mew's EQ additions, but so far, I don't notice that much of a difference in dynamic processing and level changes between channels, but I plan to do a comprehensive study of the two editions so I can really determine which one's better.
One thing I will say is that I got use to looking at a high-def Blu-Ray, so looking at a standard def DVD isn't as pleasant… :(
