Got this set last week, first listen on this morning’s commute. Really really enjoying the music and the mix.

This album is new to me - and it's excellent! Great songs!
Chris Squire...that went right over my head, but I kept coming back to it. OK, Yes! OK so I'm on track now.
I never had this album back when either, that I can recall, but I think I might indulge in the box set for the 5.1 DVD.
Thanks for the post.

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers-The Live Anthology Blu Ray Audio....it's hard to beat this disc...this is what blu ray audio was created for...putting 62 songs on one disc...the ultimate "party" disc...you put this baby on in the background of your gathering and you have an abundant amount of quality live music..

Another day of listening to this disc....the cool thing about this disc is that although the songs were from different sources...you don't get those big volume fluctuations that many compilation discs have...and the other thing is that these live performances don't suffer from a lot of crowd noise...it's cool hearing his take on songs like Green Onions...Goldfinger...Learning to Fly....

Today I was washing walls (family member is a smoker).
Anyhoo, at 0900 I started out with Fear of a Blank Planet, including extras. Listened twice! Then I put in Arriving Somewhere and listened all the way through.
Sometime around 1300 I knocked off and have been listening to the local Country station on the Onkyo. YeeeeeHaaa! :)

Surprised you didn't spin "Smoke Gets In Your Eyes" by the Platters!

I'm dusting this one off....too long just sitting on the shelf...I usually don't like Rock groups that go "acoustic"....but there are notable exceptions....and this is one of those times....G should revisit this concert this weekend...he loves this group as much as I do...a very crisp picture and a great intimate venue...if you don't have this blu ray concert...you should grab one here...Scorpions Unplugged In Athens...one of my favorite songs from the Scorps...Klaus really gets it done(he always does)
