I was just watching Radical Action to Unseat the Hold Monkey Mind Blu-ray and was completely blown away yet again by the A/V presentation and performance. Just amazing! How does Meltdown compare?

"Meltdown" is better, especially concerning the band's performance level.

Was watching some SCTV and they had the Talking Heads vid , of Once In A Lifetime.......so

Talking Heads - Remain In Light DVDA

This disc unfortunately does not have the vid I watched but something live instead....which is weird .

However the surround on the DVDA tracks are very well mixed , no surround on the 2 video tracks though.
Their next 4 chronologically have DD on the video tracks , btw.
A surround bonus of sorts .

Also went a bit Punk with this excellent surround mix.

Pere Ubu -The Modern Dance. DVDA

Lots of bonus info on this disc.

Miles Davis - In a Silent Way
Columbia Legacy 2002 SACD DSD 5.1
Weird that the packaging makes zero mention of surround, whatsoever! Or even SACD. Must have had a plastic sleeve, once upon a time...

Yes baggy , mines the same , sort of.

One of those very early Sony SACD releases .
Miles Mahavishnu Orchestra , and it's great surround , I think .
