No she's cheap.

I came across a reissue a while back in a used record store and it did not have the dolby surround emblem on it .

But that should not matter , as it was originally .

Used to have a couple of BMG cd catalogs , with all the dolby surround cds listed with pictures . They did up quite a few of them cds from the quad era .....and 80's/90's.
 
GROOVY DANIEL's 5.1 remix of the Average White Band's debut album which he painstakingly transferred from a Warner/Atlantic QUADRADISC. Has to be heard to be believed. NO analogue artifacts whatsoever. And he's willing to send a copy on an exceedingly well done CD~R [in DTS] provided you have the original Quadradisc. PM Groovy Daniel. All he asks is that you review it. He's now working on the Eagles "One of these Nights."

IMO, it sounds like a remaster from a master tape. Separation is astounding and there is no bleed from front to rears.
