"I mean, they're not gonna kill ya, so if you give 'em a quick short, sharp, shock, they won't do it again. Dig it? I mean he got off lightly, 'cause I would've given him a thrashing - I only hit him once! It was only a difference of opinion, but really...I mean good manners don't cost nothing do they, eh?"

Bob James/David Sanborn DOUBLE VISION [EVOSOUND/Multi~CH SACD 5.1] a brilliant DISCRETE remix/remaster featuring additional sidemen Marcus Miller, Steve Gadd, Eric Gale, Paulinho Da Costa and Al Jarreau vocal on "Since I Fell For You!" I am going to spoil you all, it is a major disapointment, surround-wise. Basically the atmos and 5.1 mix are a con.
Totally and I'm not convinced that this one deserve a poll or just only to prevent blind buying. When i look at the price of the box (i got mine for 30€), i think this is a double con.

I gotta admit that to my ears, Aphrodite's Child "666" is pretty weak tea to begin with, and I'm kinda surprised that anyone deemed it worthy of a quad remix & re-release.

Several of Vangelis' peak-era solo LP's could make outstanding surround experiences. Obviously "Heaven and Hell" or "Albedo 3.9," but also the "Blade Runner" soundtrack, as well as my personal dark horse favorite, "See You Later," from 1980, which is also very much in the dystopian Blade Runner sci fi groove. It's actually got some low-key, chant-style vocals, along with one "Killer Cut" in the side-two opening epic instrumental "Suffocation" which opens the side-long "SYL" suite. This really restored my interest in Vangelis after dullsville or self-indulgent releases like "Beauborg," "China," or even "Spiral."

One EXCELLENT Vangelis side project well worth seeking out is his collaboration with Greek hard rock band Socrates on the album "Phos". Mostly Vangelis acts as producer & lets them do their exotic '70's Agean Sea "thing" without too much obvious meddling, but I HIGHLY recommend the one full Vangelis track, "Every Dream Comes to an End" which is a high-impact mini-extravaganza, fully optimizing the band's formidable sinew & muscle in tandem with Vangelis' absolutely hypnotic, atmospheric keys. Let me see if I can add a YT link, otherwise DEFINITELY sample it there...
