New 2021 release from Steve Lukather, FLAC download, 24/96.
I Found The Sun Again features five new original compositions, and three covers personally selected by Luke. Those are Traffic's "Low Spark of High Heeled Boys," Joe Walsh's "Welcome To The Club," and Robin Trower's "Bridge of Sighs." Lukather offers in the liner notes, "ALL these tracks were cut LIVE - no clix - no fix - No rehearsal - one run thru - and record and the whole record was take 2."

I agree. Foreigner always, always gets me fired up when I hear them. Amazing band back in the day. I was lucky enough to see them on their Foreigner 4 tour. They just killed it.

I was fortunate enough to get the Owsley Stanley Foundation recordings before Acoustic Sounds discontinued there digital download service.
Listening now to this stereo 24/192 FLAC download. Doc and Merle Watson Live At The Boarding House 1974, can't say how great these recordings are, they sound just fantastic and Doc and Merle Watson are fantastic guitar players, story tellers, everything that makes for a fantastic music listening experience.

Waking up to Merle Haggard. 24/96 stereo 1976 release. DR's are 9's, 11's, 12, 14.

Recorded live in Oakland 1974. Lets see, I was one year out of high school, probably knew about this concert but had no desire to go. Since than I have seen many soul and R&B groups, but then I was 100% rock or nothing.
This is FLAC stereo download, 24/192 with an average DR of 8.5 sounds OK, the vocals are a little buried and the listener is also competing with the live audience that comes through. Sounds like everyone is having a good time.
I love Marvin Gaye and this is another way of listening to him LIVE IN OAKLAND.
This is not an audiophile recording, but I do collect live recordings from anyone done in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Made to be played loud, sounds great, nice thick guitar sound. Music is good also. There are a lot of new Hard Rock recordings out there, my biggest beef is they are not recorded live in studio, and you can hear "that sound" when recorded seperately with in home studios. But Ritchie Kotzen is such an awesome shredder.

I didn't even know about this colaboration. Amazing, listened to a song or two on youtube and they sound excellent. So, for a better DR experience, I bought the vinyl version, which arrives next Monday.

The website says recorded in the Turks & Caicos Islands in February 2020, so I wonder how much actually was?
