Indeed... And is it re-muxed from .mkv to .mp4/.m4a using FFmpeg or a different .mp4 muxer?

I use MMH Extract Audio from MKV feature. Yes, FFmpeg.

Channel Layout Remix tool: Added support for .w64 files
*Join and Split files tool: Added support for .w64 files
*Join and Split files tool: A Cue file is now auto created on completion of file join ('Merge' command).
Fixes:
*Join and Split files tool: Tags from .m4a files were not read into grid when adding files - fixed
*Join and Split files tool: Cue files did not contain correct media file name - fixed (path was included)
