We are pleased to announce that New Order's music will be released in Dolby Atmos spatial audio for the first time later this month. Mixed from the original master tapes by Steven Wilson, and overseen by Stephen Morris, the albums 'Movement' and 'Low-Life' along with the single 'Blue Monday' will be available to stream from 20th September.
To celebrate the release, Apple Music in conjunction with Dolby, will be hosting a special one off Q&A with Steven and Stephen at 1900 on 18th September at YES in Manchester.
We will be offering 15 pairs of tickets for fans to attend, on a first come first serve basis. Keep a look out for the link to sign up, coming soon...

Cool. Bring on the FLAC downloads.

Watching some random videoclips on Youtube I'm hearing some post-punk and synthpop. The song @haikubass posted here is my favourite so far. All of them have great hooks and the "sound design" (as SW himself would say) will lend itself VERY well to a surround mix IMO. Looking forward to this!

This is Holy Grail Stuff for me.
New Order + SW
Mind Blown

Now all we need is Sinclair to wrangle an agreement for some physical copies.

This band has long been deserving of quality immersive mixes.

I am so stoked!
