No. It's not. Remember. The original hint for the Quadios was that it's part of Rhino's Black History Month promotion. That wouldn't be CSN

I saw the "Quadio" text as light grey but I agree, it should really be white to be consistent with the original album cover. I didn't see the colour of the "Quadio" text as having any particular significance but if it does, then that would suggest that #3 is not Spectrum. I would be happy if it was something else because I already have Spectrum anyway!
