I'm getting not much help from DHL. After making a guest appearance in Boston last Wednesday(destined for US zip 01420), it made an international flight to Santiago Chile on Thursday (also Zip 01420) and has sat since.

I finally got DHL's attention yesterday, with 2 phone calls today from them, but still no results. tracking shows it still in Chile.

Almost EVERY website I order from outside the US has disclaimers warning of inordinate delivery delays! I ordered Santana III and Birds of Fire along with 3 MQA~CDs via DHL from CDJapan well over a month ago and it did arrive in a record 5 days and I do consider myself fortunate but do feel for those QQ members whose parcels have been quagmired worldwide.

And December 2021 orders will likewise face similar delays due to the high volume of mail order purchases as in store traffic has declined due to you know what!
