UK - first album
I had no idea about Midnight Oil! Surely Diesel and Dust & Blue Sky Mining would be the bigger sellers. Redneck Wonderland is... OK, I see where you're coming from; the CD is basically unlistenable and a remix could really give some life to those songs. Here's an idea: there was a small number of surround releases on dts CDs and DVD-A/Vs with dts-ES 6.1 mixes. Although I used to own (and still do) a capable receiver, later on I've ripped my discs to 7.1 FLACs with the back center channel info doubled into the two rear channels. So, here goes – could these mixes be easily ported to 7.1 mixes and re-released on lossless media (while retaining the 5.1 mix option)?
As for Midnight Oil, I'm really happy with the Capricornia dtsCD (mix by Greg Ladanyi) and would happily purchase any other album in surround/spatial, prefereably Redneck Wonderland.

A wee bit of The Intergalactic Laxative there when I saw this
I'd be up for that but they need to nerf the harmonica; the clearer the remaster the shriller it gets; I can't play To Try for the Sun at a reasonable volume because the harmonica is physically painful to listen to; I mean I'd literally need a graphic equaliser, to nerf the harmonica, to be able to play it at regular volume.
This is an easy one for Snood - right when saw this thread went duh!!!
Thing is SDE has a relationship with this group and has already released a coloured and black vinyl 7inch box set from them - Snood happily slapped down the 100 plus banana bux quickly for the coloured vinyl version when I first heard about it
So yeah SDE has a relation with this group and I do think it is coming if the tapes are there Paul dooooooooooo it Please
None other than......
JELLYFISH - mainly SPILT MILK - but will gladly take BELLYBUTTON tooooo
was able to catch them in concert in some hillbilly rock joint lol - pretty sure they knew where they were, seemed like a lotta regulars there just hanging out wanting to hear some head banging tunes.....they opened up with this intro - If you came here for a rock concert you are at the wrong place. \o/
I could see the long hairs and hair band dudes and dudettes going like wtf is this.......one of the best sounding live acts Snood has ever seen. In some old run down rock bar shaped like a train across from a deserted Jai Lai fronton.....seemed like only about half the bar knew who they were.
Roger Joseph Manning Jr is one of the best keyboard players around - studio and touring....was touring as Beck's keyboardist prob still is - still does solo stuff too which is amazing.
Do it Paul Do it Pleaaaaaaaaaaaaaase - tell me this song NEW MISTAKE is not awesome and would not be heaven in surround
My choice would be The Fat of the Land. I realize that probably makes me a Prodigy normie. The Prodigy - Experience
