To me, Pugs often have the appearance of just shitting bricks. I dunno.
No kids in our family, but we bought a bag of 150 “treats.” We have over 100 left over. Snacks for the theater!I wonder how many on the forum still "participate" in Halloween...maybe a lot of kids in your neighborhood or you have young children.
Well you know, listening to PT-FOABP. Never knew the story behind the song before.Way out
Way out of here
Fade out

Here are the details about that TVI saw a 98 inch TCL tv at Costco for $1849.99
Doubt it -- that was a movie only their grandparents had seen. Damn, I'm old.H.A.L. Perhaps you should have dressed up as the 2001 Monolith for Halloween...and let nature taken its course when the kids showed up at your house and ran away in terror.
wow!Not a single kid ever.... dead-end dirt road / too far in the sticks
yeah..that is a bummer. We go with our kids and grandbabies into town every year. They do a great job for the kids down 'main street'. Close up a good section of it.wow!
totally worth it. I wouldn't care if I ever saw another trick-or-treater in my life for that view. Not a single kid ever.... dead-end dirt road / too far in the sticks
Last night was my first (it's not really a thing in Oz, or England when I was young) and my partner was at work. She gave me instructions on etiquette and a big bowl of candy bars for them to pick from. Over two hours, I had 31 kids from 12 visits. I asked each group what "tricks" they were offering if I didn't choose the "treats" option - amazing how many (about 80%) hadn't reflected on that question ("We don't have any", "Er....", "No, my tricks suck...").I wonder how many on the forum still "participate" in Halloween...maybe a lot of kids in your neighborhood or you have young children.
I should have mentioned this. Right after dark, we had a group of about 10 young teens show up. They were very outgoing, and to be honest, very good natured kids. Once they all grabbed a bag of candy....they all ran backwards to the middle of our yard, and lined up in some sort of unified line and sang out "thank you very much Mr and Mrs Moore.....Happy Halloween"Last night was my first (it's not really a thing in Oz, or England when I was young) and my partner was at work. But of those who said they had tricks: Next door neighbour's girl said she'd kidnap our Frankie (ginger cat); one girl did a cartwheel (not sure if that counts; I thought the idea was to threaten me, or the property, in some way); one guy would "steal the treats" as his trick; and a 14-year-old boy dressed up in a business suit (which was immediately a threat to me per se), claimed he was "Trump" (but had no red wig).
Anyhow, they all got their treats, I got a giggle from the whole thing, and we have some candy bars left over for ourselves.
Welcome to Canada, eh.
Just as well they were happy ... they not only know where you live, but your name as well.Once they all grabbed a bag of candy....they all ran backwards to the middle of our yard, and lined up in some sort of unified line and sang out "thank you very much Mr and Mrs Moore.....Happy Halloween"
