By the time Arriving Somewhere was reissued on Blu-Ray in 2018, I imagine it would have been difficult to open the DAW session files from 2006. With this being a much newer recording, there's a far better chance of an Atmos upgrade (though I too am skeptical).
Bruce Soord managed to do it for How Did We Find Our Way (1999-2006).

I have had this 4k version for several years now on my Kaleidescape Terra Server, purchased from the online Kaleidescape store https://www.kaleidescape.com/movie-store/person/4234170 Kaleidescape gets the mezzanine files from the studios for which they have contracts, in this case Mercury Studios. I have had this for 4 years now. I assume when the blu ray came out that Kaleidescape got the mezzanine file from the studio which had 4k (no HDR) and 2 channel LPCM and 5.1 channel DTS-HD.

Lately, Mercury Studios 4k concerts, such as "Chicago & Friends - Live At 55", haven't show up yet on the Kaleidescape store, even though a few months back Kaleidescape announced that they now have a contract with Mercury Studios for their concerts and movies. Kaleidescape probably has a backlong on processing and releasing these and will eventually.

Can you check again and see if the download has been updated? Their site is showing the download is 4K HDR10 and is 82.3GB in size.
https://www.kaleidescape.com/movie-...sion-in-concert-at-the-royal-albert-hall-2018

Also you've noted it's 2-channel PCM and 5.1 dts-MA, which is what they're showing for the HD download. For the 4K download they show dts-MA stereo and dts-MA 5.1

I've got no interest if it's 4K SDR, but if it's 4K HDR then that's a big upgrade in my book and day one pre-order guaranteed.

You have to have spent the big bucko bucks to own Kaleidescape components in order to buy from their online store and play their stuff. Sometimes Kaleidescape gets updated mezzanine files from the studio with improved audio or video, and then my Kaleidescape system automatically notifies me the update is available and I download it. All I can tell you is I have the currently available 4k HDR10 version of this movie as shown on the website.

The cheapest way to get into Kaleidescape hardware is to buy the recently released Strato V.

And a great place to learn and ask questions is the Kaleidescape Owner's Forum at
https://www.kscapeowners.com/XF/

Assuming a 4k blu ray of this concert is released, whether Kaleidescape will have it available, and whether Kaleidescape can simply update us owners of the Kaleidescape version at no cost, will depend upon whether the 4k blu ray release is the same studio and their contract with the studio, terms of which I do not have available.

Yes I'm aware of the costs, my friend and ISF calibrator Mike Osadciw in Toronto is a Kaleidescape rep. I wish I could afford it...maybe some day!

Forgive me, when you said "I have had this for 4 years now. I assume when the blu ray came out that Kaleidescape got the mezzanine file from the studio which had 4k (no HDR) and 2 channel LPCM and 5.1 channel DTS-HD" I thought you were referring to the specs on your 4K download and that it didn't have HDR. I'm glad that's not the case and look forward to the disc release.

I've known Mike for years and talk to him occasionally. Its a small world!!! Mike is a great guy and a trustworth ISF calibrator. With a bunch of Theta Enterprise monoblocks (I had those some years ago - moved up to Theta Citadels and then/now for my theater being renovated Theta Prometheus monoblocks for the front left/center/right).

$4K to play UHD? Jeez Louise.
Another example of wildly overpriced shit.
