Somebody in the FB comments said something about pre-orders being sold out already. I heard NOTHING about pre-orders. I hope SW gets his distribution problems sorted out as we've witnessed with previous releases being on backorder for weeks at a time for a new release.

This is likely what was being referenced. SW's use of that pre-preorder tactic drove a lot of very early money into the coffers, and is genius in a ruthless sense as he likely made a lot of people think (similar to that random FB member) that this was the preorder, "get in now or lose your chance" fomo.
