Rex Ryan is talking about returning to the Jets as head coach.
"There's one thing I'm missing and that's to win a Super Bowl as head coach and that's what I want. That'd be the only reason I go back in. The organization I want to do that with is the New York Jets because I bleed green and white." That's why he bleeds green, he said.12 hours ago

So tell me, which Jet team has had more success since Rex' two trips to the AFC Championship?

Since 1920, the NFL has played games on Thanksgiving.

The Detroit Lions, since 1934, and the Dallas Cowboys, since 1966, have been annual hosts in the football tradition.

In 2006, the NFL added a third game, which usually features different hosts every year. This year, the matchups on Thursday aren’t exactly the best on paper, but throughout the years Thanksgiving has produced a ton of memorable moments.

Here’s a look at some infamous games and facts from the games:

Broadcast Awards

Each network has given out their own postgame awards for the Thanksgiving Day games including CBS’s “Turkey Leg Award” and “All-Iron Award,” Fox’s “Galloping Gobbler,” NFL Network’s “Pudding Pie,” and NBC’s un-creative “Player of the Game” award.

Emmitt Smith holds the record for most Thanksgiving awards with five.
Thanksgiving produces plenty of memorable NFL moments. Here are some of the best

Coaches who have beaten Belichick / Brady in the playoffs:

Tony Dungy (QB: Peyton Manning)
John Fox (QB: Peyton Manning)
John Harbaugh (QB: Joe Flacco)

Sort of interesting article.... Sounds a bit different than the guy who was in
GB. But still comes across as him thinking he's the 'smartest guy in the room'.
One thing was interesting, since firing Saleh the Jets are 1-5.......Looking at his statics, he's about middle of the pack in most things.
Maybe Saleh wasn't the problem🤔?
@GOS - GB doesn't want him back! Just hope he doesn't wind up with the Bears, Loins or Vikings.....

I am scared, and there is hope for Gene Moore -----------

Lions have lost seven straight Thanksgiving games, with three losses to the Bears

Uh. No. Bears have zero chance of winning. ZERO the HERO. Yes, Ian Gillian married with Black Sabbath! It was a cool idea, especially for new music.....one of my favorite tunes from that album. ROCK and ROLL effers!

Of course, music first, football second, plus I am already planning on a loss.
Wow. Well the outcome of a game is never a certainty. But I can see, when you fall off the wagon you hit hard.

Your Niners can still pull this season out. The rest of the division could do poorly too. Don't give up on em yet.

Are they expecting to get Purdy back? If not, it's gonna be QB Josh Allen vs QB Brandon Allen. Go figure.

There is also another Josh Allen in the NFL. Hs plays defense for the Jags. Now there's a team that fell off the map.

I'm not sure who the QB is but if not Purdy I prefer Dobbs.
Why would the coach last week put in Allen, hasn't played a snap in 3 years and one finger in a splint. You can tell on the sideline Dobbs was like, whatever.
