Seems like the (team) constantly pick someone & it doesn't work:

Remarkably, @GOS Bears only had 6 and the Jets only 7.

@cbmmm3 Lions and @Willie Wilson Browns had 12.

But they were all outdone by the Raiders who had 14.

NE, Pittsburgh & Baltimore are at the head of the class here,
Oakland , Detroit & Cleveland the most HCs during that time. Maybe the Jets & Bears aren't doing that bad then?

What a sad statement it is that of those five teams, only one, the Lions, has found its way out of the woods. The Browns and Raiders are just bad organizations. Each has money yet the owners are impetuous, impatient, inept and overall failures. Can’t fire the boss, I guess.

Kudos to the Lions for hiring a coach and GM and letting them build a team rather than tearing it down every few years like the bad teams do.
