Two weeks later I have not shipping notification.

Rhino said “due to unexpected delays, the processing and shipping of our orders is taking longer than usual”

Anyone else is having delays with their orders?

It took almost a month for my order to arrive in Europe. I gave them feedback about splitting the shipment into several packages, even though everything I ordered was in stock. Maybe they are fixing their processes, so the delay might be a good thing. Great products, worth waiting for patiently.

I received joni mitchel and the other shipment with the blu ray atmos and bundle 4 has been stopped at customs. I have to provide the invoice for this second shipment and I have requested it from rhino, but so far no response. Does anyone know if it can be downloaded in any way?

I can't see my invoices on the wbsite either. It might be in the package, otherwise you can only show the confirmation e-mail from Rhino and/or the order history from your customer account if this is accepted.
