It's got a good dose of malty flavor, which is OK in my book.

Warm day here...mid-February and I'm using the a/c in the cars at work.

Needed a good light refresher to start and the Ex Novo "Perle Haggard" pilsner is a go-to for me.

Then , something with a good hop profile, La Cumbre "Hoplaunch v2022" IPA

This evening...shared with my mom-in-law...Second Street "Gose Town" strawberry rhubarb kettle sour...very nice

And now, Ex Novo "V for Vienna" lager...delicious.

Ex Novo "Stay Goalden" Ale

Bow & Arrow "We Ride at Dawn" hazy IPA...this one is really nice after 2 weeks in the can, settled down and smooth

that old saying ..................once you go Black.................... Drinking the Bells Black Hearted. Its a 7 percenter IPA. Toasted malt tasty with some pine thrown in. Bells says-----------
This member of the Hearted family, a Black IPA, holds no ire towards love lost, it thrives on it. Remember your ex, take a few sips, and then go back to enjoying your day. They’re someone else’s problem now anyway.

moving on to Ex Novo "V for Vienna" lager...delicious

same here Gene. I've done this in the past with my 'mad scientist' brother in law. He is a genius with home brewing but has now 'retired' to spend his time - and smarts - making hot sauces.

Good deal but pin lock so once you convert you are already a few extra bucks into a used keg.
My advice is 1 5 gal to carbonate with and then a few in the 1.75 -3 gal to use.
