My copy arrived yesterday. I'm not having success using DVDAudioExtractor to create files with more than 2 channels. Anyone else?
I’ve basically never had luck with DVDAudioExtractor and Blu rays.

My flow these days is to rip the file with the surround mix using MakeMKV, which turns the whole multichannel mix into a single file with the visuals and audio, and then use @HomerJAU’s fantastic Music Media Helper to split and tag that single .mkv file into either multichannel flac or Atmos mkvs.

If you rip all the audio tracks at once you can run it through Music Media Helper multiple times and choose the track you want to use.

I received a shipping e-mail back on Nov 20.
Today I get another shipping e-mail, this time with a USPS tracking number.
Progress...

Thank you for this. It gives me hope. I'd much rather know they haven't shipped it yet than to think they shipped it 22 days ago. Fingers crossed that I get a tracking number as well.

Finally rec’d my copy after several delays. Pretty decent Atmos mix - musically it’s fairly diverse as one would expect - world class musicianship. As others have reported, the Blu Ray authoring is a bit wonky - track titles don’t advance from the first song you select or if you select play album. One would think that after all the delays, they would’ve QC’d it appropriately. Ripped without issue via MakeMKV and split into files with MusicMedia Helper. I’m be been a fan of Tony’s forever and want to support independent labels but…this project deserved better execution all the way around.

Got my copy in a couple of days ago; this could use a Poll thread IMO.

I have some comments about it, but might as well deliver all together on the Poll.
Mine arrived today. Am spinning it now. Menu was easy peasy to navigate...the sound is audiophile and I loved the sticker on front which states: "14 Tracks Featuring Too Many Virtuoso Collaborators to list on this Tiny Sticker!' Nice 'artsy' glossy booklet included. TT: 1:15:09

Will give it a serious spin tonite on my main system!

Same - on a Mac, MakeMKV and then open with DVDae. DVDae shows "English TrueHD" content with 6 channels but the encoder selection page only allows for Stereo or Mono channels when choosing FLAC or (for kicks) ALAC.
This does not seem to be an issue with other recent discs such as King Crimson's Atmos release of Red...

Some disappointments on this release...

The 5.1 mix is Dolby Digital only (lossy).
The 7.1 mix is lossless, however.

The cover art lists them both has LPCM lossless.

There is a bonus track listed on the artwork called "The Bass" that does not seem to exist. Perhaps a hidden track but doesn't show up in any extraction software so probably just not there.

Didn't see track 18 during ripping either, and was wondering about that and the 5.1 DD lossy bit.

Also, I just tried playing the BD on my computer via "CyberLink PowerDVD 19 (64-bit)" and it wouldn't allow mouse control (had to use the keyboard, pretty clunky); so I skipped through the songs and there was no track 18 of 'THE BASS' 🤷‍♂️
