I got a sealed copy of Brad Miller's "Sound In Motion" as the copy I had has some fairly loud scratches.

I enjoy listening to this record although they could have limited the race track track to about 2 minutes instead of the over 5 1/2 it is. Listening to the "Portobello Road" track is so much better without the scratches. "I told my baby with a ukulele..."

Cool! I looked up some images of Portobello Road and it looks pretty much as I imagined it.

A ways away from Green Lanes, Palmers Green where my first model trains were made in the early '60's

Just back from a quadraphonic Quad score. Here the 5 Quadradial / CD-4 albums. Covers 7 to 8 vinyl MINT. This together with two Quadraphonic SQ titles I payed $25,- CAD for in a local brick and mortar music retail store.

Note: Till date I haven't purchased any quadra or Quadraphonic vinyl titles online except for some 8-tracks and R2R's. My little over a hundred SQ QS Quadradisc CD-4 albums, I've purchased locally in brick and mortar retail record stores.

I'm thought this thread and indirect thus Quadraphonic Quad was about showing sharing quad vinyl etc. Sorry if I caused some envy here and there LOL. (Means Laughing Out Loud) . Temper Temper Temper ;-). There were by the way 4 albums with here and there a scratch,which I left behind in the Quadraphonic Quad bin. And what I wanted to buy indeed, was not priced which was odd. So I walk to the salesman and asked: " Why no prices, and how much?". And I pointed out that the titles although mint vinyl, were not very hot, and thus neither in the Quadraphonic Quad market. Then he said: " Give me $25,- bucks for all 7?.
The titles I didn't buy - I can't remember which titles - are I suppose today still in the same bin at Neptoon Records Main Street Vancouver BC .
By the way, he has over a thousand or atleast hundreds of pre recorded retail analog compact cassettes for sale used, and some new releases; and some surround sound CD's and 8-tracks!

FWIW BBQ (BigBillQuad) purchase's a lot of Japanese quad albums, some quite rare, so he is in our awe. Definitely in mine anyway.

Just go back about 10-20 pages on this thread for a good read, and you'll see what I mean . It's all in fun btw.

Brick and mortar stores near me (which there are not many) don't put their quads in a separate section. Unfortunately, I haven't found the time to sift through all their stuff. I was lucky, once, and got America's Holiday Quadradisc on a quick scan. $8.

There was a store in not-too-far-away Asheville NC that had all their quads in a separate bin along with MOFI and half speed masters and called them "Audiophile." That was nice.
