Thanks, I’ll increase the width again in next beta.

Tomorrow I’ll get the Movies and TV Series reports done I hope, at least my first shot at them. I’ll probably do 2 versions of movies, one with basic file/folder codec data like you see in the current grid for movies, and another that will read Kodi nfo files which will add Genre, Plot Outline, Actors, Director, Runtime etc (this is the one I’ll use).

The width is fine, just the placement should be checked. Centered would be ideal. Pinned to the left will be perfectly fine. Thanks!

Tracks a number so it was right aligned. It wasn't the width. I've made Tracks and Year centre aligned so the gaps between columns appear wider. Next update.

DR# is missing on the first, and only the first, album in the Advanced Report.

Is it in the grid for that album? (Before you run the new Report?)

EDIT: Currently the Reporting tool does not create data. If your album does not have a DR file created by foobar2000 or MMH then the reporting tool does not find a DR value. You would need to run a DR analysis in Foobar or MMH to create that DR data file.

Remember the MMH Batch Audio tool can scan your music folders recursively and will create missing DR files.

OK! If you try scan a MASSIVE collection, it may hang at the end - but it is still doing things and after some time (approaching one hour on my end) it sorts itself out.

Only weird thing on my end now - when you click "Advanced Report with cover/poster images" - it is ordering purely alphabetically when chronological and/or by folder would be nice (this is not the end of the world!).

Pretty awesome stuff overall!

Great tool, very helpful. Thank you, Garry.

It works so far. I found out:

From a CUE file (that belongs to a MKA):

REM GENRE "Synth Pop"
REM DATE 1982
REM COMMENT "4824, 7.1 Atmos TrueHD SW Mix"
...

It does not read COMMENT. Usually it works as shown, although there is a REM before COMMENT. The CUE is very similar to what Exact Audio Copy generates, which I'm using for CDs.

GENRE would be great to have in the overview.

And:
-An option to deselect as example all .ISO, .MKV, .MKA, ... (as examples) would be nice too (ignore ISO ...).
-An option to select the path for the generated database that MMH uses. So I can access from different computers without rescanning all the time.

I tried it Garry, and just seemed not worth the trouble and you know I am your biggest fan and love all that you.
Lots of tagging issues that I don't see on my JRiver library.
Also all my Atmos MKV rips have the JRiver side car, so when the program was going through my NAS it was doubling on the MKV's with the sidecar.
The whole thing kind of spun my head a bit and I didn't want to put in the effort.

If you can give be some example screen shots I can hopefully solve those issues, that's why I asked for users to help test this app.

There's an updated beta with some changes to column widths in the grid and a Progress Bar is now activated during the Save to Database phase at the end of the Scan, for some users with large music collections (and slower hard drives) this can take a while (15,000 albums and 150,000 tracks). Personally, I would not load Tracks with a huge music collection.

Same link as previous

Track #'s, like everything else look perfect now.

Are you not getting the issue with no DR # on the first album? I can try it on another PC if you tell me you don't have that issue.

I'll add getting the Comment from a CUE
I'll add an option to set the database location before final release

Not sure about adding Genre, What's the general thought here? I'd need to process Genre tags from all the tagged files. Not difficult.

Regarding the option to exclude ISO, MKV and MKA. I think the best way to handle that is for you to store those in a different Source/Root folder and not include that folder as a MMH Source. That's what I have done. I have all my ISOs on a separate hard drive and only Scan the files I play.

Also, the latest Betas (from late yesterday) now support Filtering in the new Report so you could go the the Media column and filter Not Contain 'ISO' and then those wont be added to your Report.

Although, its fairly easy for me to just add that option in MMH for ISOs? But really its about organisation (keep your working rips: ISO, MKVs in a different folder to the files you play)?

Are you not getting the issue with no DR # on the first album?

I can reproduce that issue here. Weird!

EDIT: Fixed I'll upload a new beta. A code error was actually printing the previous records DR (all DR was being moved down one album!)

It's the only tag option missing here, that I feel needs to be included on all my albums, although it is the least important out of them except for comment.
